Which U.S. cities have the highest murder rate?

New York City, Los Angeles, Chicago, Houston, Dallas, Seattle, Minneapolis, Cleveland, Philadelphia, Baltimore, Philadelphia and Detroit are among the cities with the highest homicide rates.

The problem is, these cities are all among the safest cities in the country.

They have high crime rates, but they also have the lowest murder rates, according to a new study from researchers at George Mason University.

“Crime is often viewed as a zero-sum game,” said Mark Pitcavage, the study’s lead author and a criminology professor at George Washington University.

“If you take a city that has the highest crime, you’re not going to get the best outcome.

If you take the worst crime, then you’re going to have the worst outcome.

So, if you’re a city where you’ve got high murder rates and you’re also a place where you have high homicide rates, you should be looking at some sort of strategic response to address those issues.”

The problem of crime is exacerbated by the lack of social cohesion and a lack of trust among the public, said Pitcave.

“The public’s distrust of law enforcement is very high, and it’s exacerbated by a lack in social trust,” he said.

“People are less likely to cooperate with police, and that means more crime.”

In a country that’s known for its high rates of violent crime, the murder rate is the number one killer.

That’s why many states have laws in place that require police to wear body cameras, which can reduce crime.

In the case of the murder in Minneapolis, a video shows a young man walking home in his late 20s with a gun.

Police say he shot and killed his wife, a grandmother and a young boy in the backyard.

The man has not been charged in the shooting.

In Chicago, the city has experienced a surge in homicides, but it also has one of the lowest rates of crime.

The city has had a relatively high murder rate since the mid-1990s, but the rate fell dramatically between 2005 and 2014, according the Tribune.

It has the second-lowest homicide rate in the nation.

Chicago’s homicide rate has dropped sharply in recent years, but Chicago’s murder rate has not dropped since 2005.

Police officers wear body cams during routine traffic stops, but those cameras don’t record the shootings that occur in the line of duty.

Police in Milwaukee, the nation’s fourth-most-murder-ridden city, have seen a dramatic drop in crime since 2014.

They say they’ve been able to keep the city’s murder rates from going up.

“When you see a drop in the murder, that means that someone else is committing murders, and when you have a drop, that’s where the problem lies,” said Milwaukee Police Chief Jeffrey Blackwell.

“If you look at the city with the lowest crime, it’s not in a place with the most violence, it doesn’t have the most social distancing between people,” said Blackwell.

“You have people who are in the same neighborhood, they’re living together.

They’re living in the exact same environment, so that’s a huge factor in the crime in a city like Milwaukee.”

In Houston, crime is at historic lows, but Houston’s homicide numbers are still among the nation, and many of the city and state’s residents are still living in poverty.

Blackburn says that Houston has seen an uptick in crime during the summer months, but he doesn’t believe that has been due to increased crime in the city or the city being in an “emergency” situation.

“In the last five years, we have seen the crime rates drop in all three months, so there hasn’t been an influx of crime,” he told ABC News.

“Crime rates drop when we are on vacation, but crime rates don’t go up in a crisis situation like we are in right now.”

In Philadelphia, the homicide rate is down about 8 percent since the summer, but residents have said they still worry about crime in their neighborhoods and fear that the city is under-resourced and understaffed.

The homicide rate was down 8 percent in 2012 and down 8.2 percent in 2015.

Philadelphia is the nation “safest” city, according a study from the American Civil Liberties Union.

Police and firefighters have been deployed in Philadelphia to help with violent crime and have responded to multiple mass shootings in the past year.

The homicide rate dropped in the last two years, as did the violent crime rate.

But it’s still down 9 percent, and the number of homicides is still higher than the previous three years, according an ABC News analysis of federal data.
